Board of Director

The Board of Directors serves as the governing body responsible for overall strategic direction, policy development, and fiduciary oversight of Safe Passage on Water Network (SPWN). Members are selected for their expertise in areas such as non-profit management, water safety, education, and humanitarian relief.

  • The Executive Director is responsible for day-to-day operations, program management, and staff

    Education and Water Safety Program Manager:

  • Oversees educational initiatives, including floating schools, literacy programs, and workshops.
  • Focuses on water safety programs, distribution of life jackets, and safety training.

    Finance Manager:

  • Manages financial transactions, accounting, and budgetin

    Administrative Manager

  • Provides administrative support, including data entry, document management, and general office operations.

    Marketing and Communications Specialist:

  • Manages public relations, marketing, and communication strategies to raise awareness and support for Waterway Lifesavers.

    Operations Manager:

  • Responsible for on-ground operations, including distribution, community engagement, and training
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers who support the organization's programs

    Local Representatives:

  • In areas where the organization operates, local representatives may be appointed to facilitate communication between the organization and the communities it serves
